Change ur yahoo messenger title bar text

Hey guys now you can change the Yahoo Messenger 's title bar which this little tweak.
Note: Before trying this tricks make sure to close all instances (windows) of yahoo messenger.I mean u should logout of yahoo messenger before trying this trick.

Just follow these steps:
1. Open you yahoo messenger installation folder (default C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger).
2. Then search a file named "ymsgr". Double click to open it. If it doesn't open, then use notepad to open this file.
3. In this file just go to the end and paste the following code in a new line:


Download Videos/Music/Images etc From Most Websites, By Using Firefox:-

I would have never discovered the excellent Download Helper add-on for Firefox if I would not have tried to download a video from a website with Grab++ without success. A quick research revealed that the Download Helper add-on was able to discover the video links for that site in question which would allow me to download the videos from that website.

I began to explore other options and sites using Download Helper and was pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. Download Helper is able to list direct video downloads from hundreds of video portals currently. All the big portals are included of course but it does offer access to videos from several smaller video portals as well.

Once installed the Download Helper Icon can be moved to a toolbar where the options become accessible. You can do that by right-clicking a toolbar and selecting Customize from the menu. A new window should open with icons that are not in use already. Just located and drag and drop the Download Helper icon to one of your toolbars.

The icon displays links to videos that are found on websites that you visit. The videos have to be played to be recognized by Download Helper. I usually click on the play icon and stop them after they have played for a second. That’s enough for Download Helper to recognize the video link.

Videos can then be saved like normal files by clicking on them. A left-click opens the Save As window and you can save the video to your hard drive.

A left-click on the icon directly opens a new window that lists the supported video portals. All portals are rated and you see a comment count as well. A click on a video portal loads the Download Helper website. If the link has been to an adult video portal (they are not enabled by default) then you have to verify your age. A page with comments and a link to the video portal is then opened.

I like Download Helper because it is easy to use and works on several websites that Grab++ is not working on.

How to speed up Firefox
Here's something for broadband people that will really speed Firefox up:

1.Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries:

network.http.pipelining network.http.proxy.pipelining network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.

2. Alter the entries as follows:

Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once.

3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it recieves.

If you're using a broadband connection you'll load pages MUCH faster now!

Follow These Simple Guidelines n u are done
1. Stop using Internet Explorer and make the switch to Opera, it's more secure, plain and simple. 2. Get Spybot Search and Destroy or Spyware Doctor and immediately update it.
3. Get Adaware SE and immediately update it. (Use both as a 1-2 punch on infected client computers and between the two there's not much they won't kill)
4. Update your anti virus
5. Boot into safe mode and run all three scans
6. While the scans are going check your registry (Click start --> Run and type regedit to get intot he registry) and look in HKEY_CurrentUser/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run & HKEY_Local_Machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run. Verify that all programs listed are legitimate and wanted.
7. If or when your antivirus scan comes across anything, search for that file name in your registry and delete it.
8. Use explorer to go to the windows/system32 folder and sort by date. If you haven't already done so, make sure you can see the entire file names. click Tools --> Folder Options and unclick the box labeled "Hide extensions for known file types" and under Hidden files and folders click "Show hidden files and folders." However, make sure you choose "Hide protected operating system files" so you don't accidentally remove anything that would cripple your computer.. You are looking for recent files with names ending with .exe and .dll that look suspicious. Major culprits will have gibberish names such as alkjdlkjfa.exe.
9. Once you can get clean scans in safe mode, reboot in normal mode and scan all over again. If you can't get a clean scan in regular mode then you have something more persistant that could take more research.
10. Make sure your firewall doesn't have strange exceptions.
11. If you suspect anything that is going wrong with your computer is the action of a stalker, on a more secure system change all your passwords.
12. If your system has been specifically targeted and hacked you can never be 100% sure that your system is no longer compromised so start with 11, make backups of personal files on the infected system and format and re-install Windows. Good luck!

I recently discovered that certain movies stay on the Stage6 database for a while even after they appear to have been pulled off. To access them you will need to download them and here is how.

Lets say that the movie link is
http://stage6.divx.com/user/Tidin/video/14...p%5BEng%5D-aXXo

You will need to convert the above link into a download link

simply append the number after /video/ i.e 1407293 to http://video.stage6.com/
and viola you have created it. In this case the link would be
http://video.stage6.com/1407293

Copy and paste the link in your browser window.
If you get an error message then the movie has been pulled off the database as well otherwise download and enjoy.
